We encourage people to bring in better labels. Some of the most common stores our consignors shop at include: Nordstrom, Anthropologie, Mario's, Saks, Neiman Marcus, J. Crew, Banana Republic and boutiques both locally as well as on vacation. For a specific encouraged brand list, please see the home page.
We have a no return policy, however, we do make exceptions to that rule on a case-by-case basis. To have an exception made, please inquire with staff.
We pay the following commission for items that sell in the store:
60% for items $200 or more
50% for items between $50-$199
40% for items under $50
*Note: We reserve the right to negotiate higher rates for rare or high-end items.
We cut checks anytime after the first of the month for the previous month's sales. You can stop in anytime during business hours to pick up a check. Your balance can also be used as in-store credit which is available for use immediately after your item sells. Items that are payable will remain payable for up to one year from the sales date, at which point they may convert to a credit-only status. Credit in the store never expire!
Unfortunately, we cannot call consignors after their items sell. We have a website* set up specifically for our consignors to monitor their accounts. It is updated every 20 minutes and you can check it from home as often as you'd like.

Absolutely! Jewelry is one of our biggest sellers. We do best with local artisan, designer jewelry makers such as David Yurman, John Hardy, and Tiffany. We are very particular about costume jewelry and consign it by appointment only.
Yes we do! There isn't a day that goes by that we are not adding new items to our sales floor.
As a higher end resale, we are looking for better labels in good condition that are fairly current (preferably 3 years old or less). We do not consign lingerie, undergarments or bathing suits.
Items get reduced in price every 30 days. Once an item has been in the store for 60 days or more, it is subject to being discounted every week. To avoid having your item discounted multiple times, please pay close attention to your item's expiration date and request that your item be pulled prior to that date.
To schedule with us, feel free to call or text the store at (503) 367-2939. We will consider up to 15 items for consignment per visit. We require that items are freshly laundered, cleaned up and ready for the sales floor. Please have all clothing on hangers when brought in.
Expiration dates are provided for all consigned items so that consignors know when to call us and communicate when they would like to pick up their items. It is important to give us 48 hours notice before picking up an item. We do not pull items for return during business hours.
If a consignor has requested to pick up an item and has not done so within two weeks, their items will do donated.
We require that items for consignment come in on hangers, however, we use our own hangers for the sales floor and will send your hangers home with you.
